BGVP DH5: Affordable, Decent Good Set

Image
Hello mates and welcome to my another review here in my blog and I want to introduce to you about latest product offering from BGVP . As we look on BGVP HiFi , what are their particular products that impresses you so much? BGVP DMG? BGVP DM6? Their Art Magic series? I've done some reviews on their previous product before and most of them, I rated them a passing grade on both tonality and technicalities. But, I'm still hoping for  BGVP to keep improving its product quality.   BGVP DH5 is a hybrid driver IEM with one (1) dynamic driver and four (4) balanced armatures. They are part of the Art Magic series, their entry-level to midrange offering with hybrid driver set-up. The dynamic driver is coated with Beryllium to provide strength, better bass response and less distortion compare to the regular dynamic driver. Once again, BGVP impress me again as they put a two (2) Knowles Balanced armature drivers (RAF- 32873 ) and two (2) custom BA tha...

Audio enthusiasts out there, Are you waiting for the next IEM review that I will feature here. Last time, I reviewed an entry-level,  hybrid set-up IEM from BGVP , The BGVP DN2 . And now I have its succesor unit at my hand, The BGVP DN3 . This is actually my 3rd product review from BGVP . Its pricing will be around US$ 71.00 /£ 51.00 . DN3 has similar drivers set-up with its predecessor, a single 10mm  "Beryllium"-coated Dynamic Driver and a HEVK balanced armature which claims to be an improvement over the previous "Phoenix" Balanced Armature of the DN2 model for better resolution and clarity. The packaging box is identical to its predecessor from paper sleeve (albeit the front illustration now is from that of DN3 and the back was the redesigned cues on specs list of this set), the box and even the arrangement of its contents from eartips to small box that contains the stock cable. The contents inside is...

BGVP DN2: Capable But Forgotten

Image
Greetings mates, Welcome to my humble IEM review blog. I'm doing another IEM review product from BGVP, The BGVP DN2. This particular set was released last year but due to some "controversy" of its marketing ad for being an erroneous and misleading, it was abruptly stopped its production but still sell some of the remaining stocks in some few selected markets. BGVP DN2 is a hybrid driver set-up IEM, It has asymmetrical oblong shape shell and made of CNC-milled aluminium. The hybrid set-up is consist of "Beryllium" dynamic driver and 1 custom BA which BGVP christened it as Phoenix. A Beryllium driver offers better faster transients response and lower distortion rating compare to other dynamic driver technology. The connector of this IEM is a MMCX to provide flexibility and more adjustable as you can can rotate them in 360°. The packaging box has a white colour in the front and back with black tinge  on it...

Hello mates, Welcome to my humble IEM review blog once again. As usual, I do some explaination about my takeaways and comprehensive analysis on such a particular IEM product provided by audio companies as always as either I received or bought it with my own dosh. I have this new set from an audio company, BGVP. I am quite familiar on this particular company as I have tested their BGVP DMG and BGVP DM6 before some few years ago. BGVP is one of the few companies in Chi-fi world that delivers some of a well-tuned and good built quality products that was quite familiar and known in the audio community scene. A representative send me this review unit for my honest impression and a feedback on their product. This is BGVP NS9, their latest offering in  over a hundred dollar (US) IEM segment, It is made of CNC-milled aluminium with three-vertical lines embossed at the front metal shell which offer sturdiness and premium feel. This IEM has a hybrid set-up, Two (...
